I had a facebook chat today with my friend and the conversation turned to food for a while. Some of my best memories of her include her amazing recipes. I had to make this one tonight cuz...well i just had to. LOOK AT IT! So yummy. Potatoes and Kielbasa browned with salt and cumin.
Onion and peppers sauteed till they are nice and caramelized...oh ya. Put that on a tortilla with cheese, tomatoes and sour cream. OR with avocado and lime (no good avocados tonight at the store)
This is one of my favorite meals.
